Backstop Home Buyers is a trade name of Noble Land Partners® LLC. We buy houses in northern Indiana. This policy covers this website and the calls, texts and chats that come from it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email, the property address and anything you tell us about your situation.
• Conversation records: calls with us may be recorded, and we keep texts and chat messages, so we can follow up accurately.
• Basic site data: pages visited and how you arrived, collected without advertising cookies.

How we use it

To answer you, look into the property, make an offer if you want one, and close a sale if you choose to sell. We also use public records about the property, such as county and court records.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to do what you asked: our customer database and phone providers, a title company and attorneys if we buy the house, and anyone the law requires. We do not sell your information. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

Children
